What you do:
Take a sheet of white paper and draw an
American flag shape. I made mine 9 3/4"
wide x
6 3/4" high with the lines approximately
1" wide. The box for stars is 4 ¼" wide x 3 ½" deep.
I ran this off on the copy machine on white card stock for each child.
Child then colors the stripes (make sure they
start at top with red and end on bottom with red) and color the box
background blue. I bought stars in different shapes and colors (I
could not find white) but none bigger than 1 ". Choose a memory
verse to reinforce lesson, making sure chapter and verse are on it,
and make one copy for each child. Let them cut out individual words,
place a star in blue box and glue words of verse in order on each
star. You can get at least 5 stars/words per line inside the box. Go
over verse until all can say it together. We used a lesson about God
